EAK-Orbitals is a South African aerospace startup based in Johannesburg. This page explains how we handle personal information you provide through our website, contact forms, careers submissions and investor enquiries.

• Contact & support form data: name, email, organisation, message.
• Investor enquiries: name, venture firm, indicative budget, message.
• Careers applications: name, email and any attachments you email us.
• Basic technical metadata (IP, browser type) used only for security and abuse-prevention.

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, evaluate applications, communicate mission updates you opt into, and comply with legal obligations under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

Contact form submissions are delivered by email via Resend and stored in our internal mailbox. We do not sell, rent or share personal information with third parties for marketing.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing ethankaslass@icloud.com.

Our platform is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the mission evolves. Material changes will be announced on the site.
