Future data access
EAK-Orbitals plans to licence imagery and data from its own satellites. Website access and waitlist registration do not grant a commercial data licence.
Scope of a licence
Before delivery, a written agreement will define permitted users, areas of interest, product formats, access duration and whether redistribution, resale or derived products are permitted. No particular licence rights are granted by this notice.
Monitoring credits
Published plan credit amounts are proposed monthly allowances. The definition of a credit, how it is consumed, expiry or rollover and access limits will be disclosed before subscriptions begin.
Limitations and validation
Observations depend on orbital access, weather, illumination and payload performance. Hyperspectral surface signatures must be validated with appropriate geological or field evidence. There are no published guarantees of resolution, revisit cadence or detection accuracy.
Responsible use
Use data lawfully and account for privacy, safety and uncertainty. Do not treat imagery as conclusive evidence of personal identity, criminal behaviour, subsurface resources or investment outcomes.
